Perspective‖. Wisdom and experience of ages make Law as Science.

different Judges in different times in different capacities.
Law and Morality are intertwined. Even 20th Century Positivists
recognized minimum content of Morality in Modern Legal Systems.
Natural Justice Principles, Human Rights, Fundamental Rights are
modern forms of Morality recognized in almost all civilized Progressive
Societies.

About the Authors

By the grace of God almighty Dr. T. Srinivasa Rao, who is a son
of a rickshaw puller became a Gold Medalist of Andhra University in
Ph.D. He also became youngest District Judge in our country at the
age of 31 years. He also during his tenure in Hyderabad and Adilabad
has disposed of 5 sensational cases as follows
1. Dilsukhnagar Bomb blast case
2. Gokul chat Bomb blast case
3. Akbaruddin Owaisi attack case
4. Hyderabad Task Force Office blast case and
5. Mohd. Farooq Ahmed shooting Case, Adilabad.
He published more than 50 Articles on law in various journals.
