The present volume, Sanskriti to Strategy: The Journey of Management Skills Through Ages, is an earnest academic endeavor to bridge the timeless wisdom of Indian civilization with the evolving demands of contemporary management thought. This book seeks to rediscover and reinterpret those indigenous perspectives, demonstrating their relevance in modern organizational contexts. By drawing from Vedic literature, classical texts like the Arthashastra, and epics such as the Mahabharata, the contributors offer a culturally rooted yet globally applicable framework of management principles.
