The aim of this work is to spread IP awareness by way of short stories, exercises and comics to enable each person walking the earth to optimally use their creativity, imagination, talents, ideas etc. for their personal growth and
development leading to a country's Development.

This Digest ―SanDune is a novel attempt. It spreads IP awareness faster among the masses and helps to derive maximum benefit thereby contributing to a growth, which enhances the overall efficiency of the individuals and the community and the country as a whole. IP in general being a very dry and complicated subject is usually thought of only meant for Attorneys, Big business Establishments and Developed countries. IP awareness helps creating their own opportunities than waiting for opportunities to knock their door.

Moreover, this Digest's focus is to spread and educate on IP from the basics, so that people from all strata of society get a thorough understanding of the subject. We also lay more emphasis on the fact that IP is equal to any real
property or asset. It is a security for one‘s life and business and has the potential to save a person or business from dire consequences in times of catastrophe. This Digest is more of a practical guide to know how to be richer using one‘s intellect. The complex IP concepts are explained in the form of stories and illustrations for easy understanding of the readers.

Specializes in IP Litigation and appears before Madras High Court,Trademarks Registry, Intellectual Property Appellate Board {IPAB) for various Intellectual Property cases. Provides advice to individuals, corporates, entrepreneurs, students and others in the field of creation, identification, protection, exploitation and monetization of IP. She had submitted papers on Geographical Indications and personality rights during her Post Graduation.

He holds a Degree in Law from Tamil Nadu Dr.Ambedhkar Law University. He did his PG Diploma in Patents Law from NALSAR University – Hyderabad. Started his career with P.V.S. Giridhar & Sai Associates from 2005.
Later elevated as Partner in the year 2010. As partner, R.Chandrasekar managed the IT infrastructure and communication systems in the firm. He was also in-charge of the well-stocked research oriented library. His expertise with P.V.S. Giridhar & Sai Associates includes High Court Litigation, Law of higher education in Tamil Nadu, and Intellectual Property litigation. He strategizes the course of the IP litigation, Opposition and Rectification of Trademarks. Advises with regard to protection and Prosecution of copyrights before Copyright
