He holds a Degree in Law from Tamil Nadu Dr.Ambedhkar Law University. He did his PG Diploma in Patents Law from NALSAR University – Hyderabad. Started his career with P.V.S. Giridhar & Sai Associates from 2005. Later elevated as Partner in the year 2010. As partner, R.Chandrasekar managed the IT infrastructure and communication systems in the firm. He was also in-charge of the well-stocked research oriented library. His expertise with P.V.S. Giridhar & Sai Associates includes High Court Litigation, Law of higher education in Tamil Nadu, and Intellectual Property litigation. He strategizes the course of the IP litigation, Opposition and Rectification of Trademarks. Advises with regard to protection and Prosecution of copyrights before Copyright Board, New Delhi and Designs before the Controller of Designs, Kolkata. Specialized in filing and prosecuting Certification marks and Geographical Indication Registrations.
