The Human Race has always been curious about life, how it originates, how people grow old and why they cannot live forever. Ancient religious texts talk of maharishis who were endowed with very long lives, with anecdotes of some such immortal beings being seen by mortals in India even as late as a few decades back. This narrative combines the growth of a Bank while chronicling the attempts made by a renowned scientist of Indian origin, who returns to his native land to continue with his scientific pursuits of creating artificial life.
The Bank story deals with some activities that happen in a typical, PSU or government owned bank where a lot of external pressure is exerted on all the officials who learn to bow down to the powers that be. About the Author

A senior HR professional with over 30 years’ experience in the field, having headed HR in Banking, Manufacturing, the Media, Healthcare and Financial services industries. Developed a lot of insights into Human behaviour which have found a place in his writings.
Qualified with a BA and MA in English Literature and additional qualifications in Law and Management.
Published a book on “Human Resource”, commissioned by the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance (IIBF), which is prescribed as the text book for the CAIIB exams in India from 2010.

His first novel titled “Terror Spa”, was published in December 2012 (Leadstart) and his second novel, “Infected with Life” (Leadstart) published in April 2016.Currently has four completed manuscripts awaiting a good publisher.

Now retired from regular jobs,lives with wife and two boys in Mumbai but very active with HR consulting and creative writing.
