The expansion of the yarn assortment, one of the products of the textile industry and the intensive increase in demand for it, led to the improvement of equipment carrying out technological processes. There was a need to identify all factors affecting the production processes of yarn, their analysis and finding appropriate solutions. In order to ensure market requirements, along with technological quality, attention should also be paid to the consumer quality of the yarn produced. This situation was the basis for the development of new comprehensive scientific and practical approaches of scientists in the textile industry.
Recently, because of a sharp increase in spinning speed, the productivity of the machine has increased, and the quality indicators of the yarn produced have deteriorated, i.e. unevenness in its structure and properties increased. As a result, the quality of products made from yarn and, accordingly, its competitiveness in the world market is declining. In order to eliminate these shortcomings and increase the competitiveness of manufactured textile products, when predicting and evaluating the mechanical properties of yarn, it is necessary to take into account factors, in particular, the features of spinning processes that affect the structural changes of yarn.
Currently, to ensure the competitiveness of yarn produced at spinning mills and increase its image on the world market, it is necessary to study the features of technological processes carried out at high speeds. Also, determine the relevant factors, and consider them when developing the scientific basis for predicting and evaluating the mechanical properties of yarn, and the definition of their solution in practice is one of the problems of today in the textile industry.
