Jamal M. is Chief Operations Consultant & Country Head-India, for Sanso, an Industry4.0 & Digital Transformation startup headquartered in Michigan. Jamal M. received his B.E. in Electrical Engineering from VSSUT Burla in 1992 and his M.B.A. from XLRI in 2001. His passion and concern for the environment and sustainability led him to obtain a P.G. Diploma in Environmental Management from IEMS. His knowledge and expertise helped him execute several landmark improvement projects for the companies he worked for in India, which saved companies millions of dollars in costs and operations. He has spent more than a decade out of the three decades of professional experience in the largest economy in Africa, focussing on the Conventional and Renewable Energy sectors and bringing in remarkable improvements in power generation at a large scale. The author is an expert in Energy Management and has helped many client companies achieve considerable improvements in specific energy consumption.
He is also the founder of an EV startup that has the vision of transforming EV adoption in India to the next level by converting conventional I.C.E. Vehicles to completely Electric vehicles at an affordable cost.
