Jayshree Misra Tripathi lived a nomadic life from 1986 till 2015. Her late husband was a career foreign service officer in the Indian Civil Service. She has taught English Language and Literature and written from across three continents - as a freelance journalist, poet and chronicler. Jayshree was in the print media in the late 1980s and has also written online, since 2013, including for The Huffington Post and News18 blogs. In the past year she has reviewed for the Sahitya Akademi’s Journal, Indian Literature. Jayshree continues in raising awareness on adult literacy and women helping women, with her project #HelpHerWalkForward
