Description

This document contains 20 requirements and their respective solutions, most of the requirements are for ITSM Module.

For each requirement, you have a DEMO video, which validates the solution and you can also view it to better understand the requirement.

You have a step by step explanation on how to get to the solution, we mainly work on the approach taken to solve the problem and visualize the solution.

I am using here 2d and 3d visuals, colors, diagrams to better explain concepts, therories and solutions.
