हमें जीवन के रहस्यों को जानने के लिए होशपूर्वक, आनन्दपूर्वक, शुद्ध मन से, स्वस्थ, जाग्रत और प्रेमपूर्वक प्रवेश करना पड़ेगा । और जो संसार में रहते हुए, हर हालात में खुश रहते हुए, अपने ही शरीर के भीतर प्रवेश करके, अपने आप को जान लेता है, उसके लिए परमात्मा के द्वार खुल जाते हैं । ऐसा व्यक्ति जीवन को तो अमृत बना ही लेता है, और साथ ही साथ मृत्यु को भी अमृत का द्वार बनाने की उसके हाथ मास्टर चाबी आ जाती है । ऐसा मनुष्य मृत्यु के भी पार हो जाता है । उठो ! आप अपने शरीर के मालिक हो, और इस देह में मालिकों का भी मालिक छिपा है । आप सागर हो । जि़न्दगी के बहुत से ख़ज़ाने आपके भीतर छुपे पड़े हैं । अपने भीतरी सागर में डुबकी लगाओ । पहचानो अपनी आत्मा को । पहचानो आपने आप को, आप कौन हो ?और क्या कर रहे हो? जो अपने आपको पहचान लेता है, वो परमात्मा को पहचान ही लेता है । और जो परमात्मा को पहचान लेता है, उसे फिर पत्ते-पत्ते में परमात्मा दिखाई देता है।

About the Author

Maa Sudeshi Buddha, born on 4th February 1953 in Amritsar, Punjab, graduated in Philosophy and Music from B.B.K. D.A.V. College, Amritsar. She married Advocate Subhash Khanna on 25th November 1975. In 1976, she first came in contact with Osho and thus started her spiritual journey. On 14th September 1983, she took sannyas. She met Osho for the first time on 31st December 1985 in Manali. Through deep meditation, she attained enlightenment on 18th March 1989. On the call of Existence, in 1991, she started leading others on their spiritual paths and her efforts continue till date. Her messages on love and meditation have been a source of inspiration for many and her book ‘Jeevan Prem Aur Mrityu Ka Sundar Rahasya’ is a commendable effort in this direction.
Maa shared a relationship of profound love, friendship, intimacy, harmony and deep understanding with her husband and helped each other attain great depths in meditation.

This book is a manifestation of her life’s journey to Buddhahood. She has shared some insightful techniques developed through her own experiences and wisdom; which will help others live life to the fullest so that death can become a celebration too!
