Manohar Sukhija obtained his Ph. D. degree from Panjab University, Chandigarh, (India) and his spectrum of experience has both depth and width, which includes teaching, industrial research, administration of engineering institutions and educational consultancy at the international level.

Tusar Nagsarkar obtained his M. Tech degree from IIT, Kharagpur, and Ph. D. from Panjab University, Chandigarh. He is a veteran in teaching professional courses and has guided several students for their Ph. D. and M. E. theses, in addition to having published several technical papers in National and International Journals and conferences. He is a Fellow of IE (India), and Life Senior Member IEEE (USA).
