Synopsis:
The picturesque Kaghan Valley in Pakistan offers a thrilling escape for a group of international and local tourists aboard an aging bus. Among them are Max Brown, a fitness-conscious Californian seeking nature, and Jane Albert, a skeptical Londoner. While the professional driver, Riaz, reassures them that the area is secure, their journey takes a turn when they notice a mysterious white sedan tailing them with alarming persistence.
Convinced they are being targeted by terrorists or bandits, Max, Jane, and Riaz quickly organize a defense with the help of a few brave local passengers. They force the bus to a stop and surround the sedan, armed with iron rods and a pistol.
The shocking discovery: the "threat" is a single, frail, middle-aged businessman from Karachi. When confronted, the man reveals an astonishing truth: he is not chasing them to cause harm, but to survive. Having spent years inhaling the polluted air of Karachi, his body can no longer tolerate the pure, clean oxygen of the mountain valley. The only thing that provides him with the necessary, familiar toxins—his "life support"—is the thick, black diesel exhaust billowing from their bus. The serene beauty of Kaghan has become his death, and their vehicle's pollution is his sole means of survival.
The End.
