Pros:
1) Found this book very helpful for quickly brushing up my skills for investment banking interviews.
2) Good coverage of core java topics.
3) To the point answers.
Cons:
1) Presentation part can be improved.
2) No printed copy available.
3) Enterprise questions should be included.

I don't know whether you all who commented before me read this book completely or not.
1)Complete copy-paste work from different blogs, author made an effort to compile it in a single pdf
2).Bad presentation
3).Author didn't do proof reading before releasing it, lots of grammatical mistake and bad use of english.
4).Not detailed at all.
Dont trust me !!! try it out yourself .

An excellent book for candidates to read before their interviews. This book covers almost all the Java topics that can come-up in a core Java interview. Meanwhile, I like the writing style of the author. Questions are simple to understand and answers are in-detailed with references. Meanwhile, author has provided code snippets to elaborate the answer more clearly to the readers. This book is not only for Java interviews but also ideal for developers to refresh their knowledge time-to-time.

Awesome book for those who are looking to crack big interviews. Simple and neat explanation to the questions. Handy book to have. Includes all the necessary topics to be known prior to the java interview.
Cracking Java Interviews - Core Java, Most helpful book available for preparing Investment Bank
In my opinion this book is the most focused book on java interview preparation for investment banks in the market..
I have read few more books for "Preparing core java interview" and this book my Munish Chandel also. Seriously Munish, great work done for anyone preparig for IB. The questions and followed up with further thought questions which gives a thinkable open end thought.I use this book as a refresher time to time and have gone thoroughly couple of times.
Keep up great work and keep updating the book as you do!
