Description

Every great political thriller begins with a betrayal. This is the true story of how the Republic of India was compromised—not by foreign invasion, but by the systemic silence of the one institution sworn to protect it: The Supreme Court. Between 2015 and 2025, India did not suffer a loud constitutional collapse. It suffered a silent institutional decay.
The Guardian is Asleep.

I am a common man with a single vote, a Data Scientist, and a National Cyber Security Scholar. Using advanced AI, I conducted a forensic, article-by-article constitutional audit built entirely on government-verified data: CAG reports, RTI filings, and official Supreme Court records.

The evidence is unfiltered, uncomfortable, and long overdue. It proves that the constitutional shield was broken not by aggression, but by strategic delay.

What the Forensic Data Reveals:

The Justice Decay Timeline: The Supreme Court allowed sensitive constitutional challenges—like Demonetization and Electoral Bonds—to languish for six years, ensuring the irreversible damage was done before any verdict was delivered. The Court delivered an "obituary years after the funeral."

The Fear Factory: Documentation shows ED raids surged over 400%, yet the conviction rate remained near 0.5%. This quantified abuse of process confirms that investigative threat was used as calculated "political currency."
Article 21: The Biggest Casualty: The audit links repeated state negligence—from unspent disaster funds to ignored security warnings—to the deaths of migrants, the Morbi bridge tragedy, and the D-Voter teachers who died waiting for a verdict.
This book is not an accusation; it is a meticulously documented alarm raised with verifiable evidence. It dissects the corrosive forces of "Judicial Fear" and "Favour" that replaced the sacred oath, transforming the ultimate protector into a spectator.

The Final Twist: The Era of Stupidity is Next.

The Sleeping Guardian has exposed the vacuum created by judicial silence. The sequel, Era of Stupidity, will complete the autopsy, exposing the sophisticated, systematic gaslighting by the Executive and Media that flourished in that void.

The decay is real. The silence has been quantified. But the greatest deception—including the high allegations related to the Bihar Election 2025—is only just beginning to be revealed.

If you believe in the Constitution, you must read this book

About the Author

Nitish Kumar was born in Jhajha, a small hill-range town that slips past most people’s memory, but never slipped past fate. My childhood was forged in survival — three brushes with death, and the mysterious disappearance of his father that has never been resolved. These early fractures shaped a man who learned to question everything, especially silence.

I grew up without privilege, without shortcuts, and without bending once to corruption. Not a single bribe — not even 0.1 paise. No allegiance to any political party. No dependence on any system couldn’t hold accountable.

In 2013, as an ordinary citizen, I submitted formal disaster-governance warnings to both the Government of Bihar and the Union of India. The acknowledgments came. The action never did. That moment became my turning point.

Ten years later, I used advanced AI to attempt what no institution or scholar had tried — a forensic, article-by-article constitutional audit of India from 2015 to 2025. His investigation is built entirely on government-verified data: CAG audits, Supreme Court records, RTIs, NFHS-5, policy reports, disaster datasets, and official parliamentary documents. No rumors. No imagination. Only evidence.

Professionally, I am Manager in one of the Big 4, a National Cyber Security Scholar certified under the National Security Database (recognized by Rashtriya Raksha University, Ministry of Home Affairs), and a certified Data Scientist & AI Scholar. I holds a B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering, but my most valuable education came from the country where I watched decline through numbers, cases, and constitutional silence.

I calls myself only a common man with a single vote. Yet my findings offer one of the clearest mirrors ever held up to the Indian state.

This book is that mirror — unfiltered, uncomfortable, and long overdue.
