In India, a country known for its rich culture, spiritual depth, and strong family values, there lies a complex and often contradictory reality beneath the surface. While our society prides itself on ideals of brotherhood, peace, and justice, these principles often crumble when faced with the harsh realities of religious tension, societal expectations, and the deeply ingrained norms surrounding sex and relationships.

As an Indian, I have observed these contradictions closely. We speak of unity, yet our prejudices run deep when it comes to religion. We preach about the sanctity of marriage, yet the reality of premarital relationships is a widespread, if often hidden, truth. The gap between what we profess and what we practice is stark, and it is this hypocrisy that forms the foundation of this book.
