Today’s youngsters are more confident, more outspoken and, I feel, more daring. They have the courage to take risks and are not of the submissive nature, as they used to be earlier. They have their own opinions and reasons for those opinions. All this is due to the western influence brought on us by modern education with which has come the “modern” way of life. This has introduced the concept of divorce, an easy way out to get out of the marriage bond. This is particularly so when both the parties to a marriage desire to put an end to it, known as mutual-divorce. We therefore see more and more broken homes these days which is a fall out of the ego and stress on material acquisitions, as against social and moral values.
Well, let that be as it is and it be left for the future generations to decide if western approach and attitude to life is what is good and everlasting.
