Nidhi is a lonely rich girl, in search of company.

Paritosh is a lonely man, who needs money.

They start chatting online. Unknown to Nidhi, Paritosh
has been hired by a crook who wants to usurp her
fortune and identity. The intention is to get Nidhi to
divulge a code, which will give access to her millions.

Midway during the chatting, Paritosh develops a soft
corner for Nidhi. Nidhi also trusts him and tells him all. As she is about the blurt out the code, Paritosh pretends acute distress and fakes his own death.

A devastated Nidhi attempts suicide, is saved in the nick of time, undergoes counselling and emerges as a strong woman, who woes never to make any more friends. She takes up a traineeship at her family concern to learn the tricks of trade.

And she bumps into Paritosh. And sparks fly. But Nidhi now, having burnt her fingers once, is a closed book and Paritosh is aloof, apprehensive that his past may be revealed to Nidhi.
What is the design of fate, as they are paired together? Does Nidhi anytime come to know about the reality of Paritosh?
