The author is a law graduate from India, currently navigating the challenging yet rewarding path of preparing for the judiciary exams. While her days are filled with case laws, statutes, and study schedules, she have always been passionate about personal growth and mental well-being—both for hetself and for those around her.

Writing this book has been one of the most transformative experiences of her life. The journey began during a particularly overwhelming phase of her life. Balancing academic pressure, personal aspirations, and self-doubt made her realize how crucial mental strength is—not just to succeed but to simply thrive.
