About the Authors

Shailaja Dwivedi Pathak brings over 13 years of hands-on experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing. She holds two MBA degrees—one in Pharmaceutical Marketing from IES MCRC and another in Human Resources from NMIMS. She also completed a Diploma in Digital Marketing from the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad.

Shailaja is a passionate writer and the founder of Pariezo, a company that focuses on digital marketing and scientific communication.

She also serves as a Mentor and Strategic Advisor at B – Black Belt Brand Builders, helping brands grow with clarity and purpose.

Vivek Hattangadi has spent more than five decades in the pharmaceutical industry—14 years in sales, 16 years in marketing (where he led two strategic business units), and the last 21 years as an independent Brandpreneur.

He’s the author of 11 books and has contributed a chapter to Philip Kotler’s book Humanism in Marketing: Responsible Leadership and the Human-to-Human Approach.

Vivek is the Chief Mentor at B – Black Belt Brand Builders (formerly known as The Enablers), where he continues to guide pharma professionals and organizations with wisdom, experience, and heart.
