The book is a fictional story about Rayalaseema factions. Ramu was the son of a fudal land lord Gangi reddy in Rayalaseema area of AP. Gangireddy was a stubborn and strong minded man insensitive of the things happeninf around him. Where as Ramu was timid an shy natured boy. His father didnot like the sensitive nature of Ramu and wanted to teach his way of dealibg things but invain.
Ramu got good education and became a lawyer.
Ironically Gangi Reddy who was so stubborn has failed to fulfill his ambitiobs and his son Ramu became victorious through his positive and peaceful approach in the faction tourned Rayalaseema. The book is an eye opener to the factionists and gives a message about peaceful living.
