The people also determine what you are going to blog about that you are trying to speak to. It is possible for you to blog about current news, viral videos or issues that are contentious. You can stick to a specific issue, e.g., car repairs, or how to get a six pack. By being consistent on one subject, you can gain credibility and be viewed as an expert in your area. Product reviews are also a good thing to blog about.
3. Free blog or paid site?
Free blogs are all over the web, just do a web search and you can find some. Some examples are blogger.com, WordPress.com, blog.com, and Weebly.com. Now with most things in life freedom is not actually free. If you are looking to make money, most of the free services do not allow you to advertise on their websites. Free blogging services are not the best choice but are an easy highway to dip your feet in the water.
Sites that are paid
For a site that is paid, you have to pay for the domain and the hosting. When you begin to try and make money you will then own the website and hence have more control over the site. A lot of the sites that are free do not permit you to advertise them. It is possible for you to use the free program WordPress.org application to put on your blog, that will give you subjects and utilities to help make your blog.
Cheap options are brainhost.com, HostGator.com, GoDaddy.com all offer hosting alternatives. For example, GoDaddy.com hosting starts at $2.99/month. So you are looking at about $36 a year for hosting. Take a peek at all the options and see what special deals you can get. 4. Domain names
The domain name always has the option to alter after or have more than one all linking to the same real web page.
