As a Content Creator and a Teacher, I've always believed that the most important lessons are the ones that help us understand ourselves and the world around us. I noticed that while we teach children math and science, we often miss the chance to talk about the big feelings that shape their lives: confidence, worry, bravery, and joy.

That's why I started creating SEL (Social-Emotional Learning) puzzle books. My goal is simple: to make learning about emotions fun, engaging, and accessible for every child. I believe that a simple crossword or a fun activity can be a powerful tool to open up conversations, build self-esteem, and give children the confidence to navigate their inner world.
