Following the publication of his book "நான் பழகிய ஆன்மீகம்", where the author sought to explain his journey towards self-realization, in this book he has compiled a set of topics all related to self-realization and the one-ness of atman and the paramatman. The topics covered are: சிதம்பர ரகஸியம், முக்தி விசாரம், அஹம் பிரம்மாஸ்மி, காலப் பரிமாணம், மாயா - அந்த பரம ரகஸியம் and புனரபி.
The last topic deals expensively with mortality of the human body and what it really means to die. The book forms the logical sequel to the first and takes the readers through a series of topics - read in the order these are presented - that clarifies the many spiritual questions that arise in the minds of the common man.
