'New India Civic Code' means a catalogue of rules and regulations for living in the society. It is an honest and sincere effort to understand how and what we can contribute as citizens towards improving the society and the country. Nobody can make people implement these rules and regulations. The improvement can only be transcribed into reality if we ourselves comprehend and implement them. The topics which are touched here are obviously common but one thing is beyond doubt that if they are implemented, they can fetch a massive and noteworthy change. It is common perception that I alone can not try to change anything; this book reminds us that Improvement begins with 'I'.
