'Phir Phir Saakaar Hote Hain Kshan' is Gulshan Madhur's second published collection of poems. These poems were written during the three years after the publication in 2015 of 'Honthon Par Chaandni’, his first compilation of poetic works. The poems in this collection are divided into four broad categories. In poems of 'Samvaad', the poet is addressing himself in a dialogue of a kind. 'Dhai Aakhar' contains poems on the eternal theme of Love, as would be obvious to the readers of Hindi poetry from the title of the category. 'Dastak', as is again evident from the title, is an effort to knock at some metaphoric doors and windows. The poems in the 'Likhanaa' category are about the process of creation and its unexpected manifestations. Also, there are two additional small groupings of exceptionally short poems. These 'mini-poems' can be seen as comments of the poet on various aspects of life.

‘फिर फिर साकार होते हैं क्षण' गुलशन मधुर का दूसरा काव्य-संकलन है. ये कविताएं 2015 में कवि के पहले संकलन ‘होंठों पर चांदनी' के बाद के तीन वर्षों में लिखी गयी हैं. वर्तमान संकलन की रचनाएं मोटे तौर पर चार श्रेणियों में विभक्त हैं. ‘संवाद' में रचनाकार स्वयं को संबोधित कर रहा है. ‘ढाई आखर' में प्रेम के चिरंतन विषय पर कविताएं हैं. ‘दस्तक', जैसाकि शब्द से स्पष्ट है, कुछ बंद लाक्षणिक दरवाज़ों और खिडकियों को खटखटाने का प्रयास है. ‘लिखना' खंड की कविताएं रचने की प्रक्रिया और उसकी अप्रत्याशित परिणतियों पर दृष्टिपात है. इसके अलावा, दो छोटे-छोटे खंड और हैं, नितांत छोटे आकार की, कहें, लघु-कविताओं के. बुनियादी तौर पर ये नन्ही रचनाएं जीवन के अलग-अलग पक्षों पर रचनाकार की टिप्पणियां कही जा सकती हैं.
