In this book (కృష్ణశాస్త్రీయ ధర్మసంగ్రహo ), the author attempts to consolidate the methods used by his father and his ancestors in writing the Hindu almanac and in resolving the various intricacies therein. These methods were followed in writing the Pidaparty almanac for almost 16 generations and are still in use.

About the Author

Apart from senior positions in several parts of India, Hariprasad has fulfilled assignments in Zambia, Nigeria and Sudan. He also undertook a consultancy assignment for The World Bank, Washington, as well as two Cost Benefit Analyses for The Ford Foundation in India,
Post retirement, the author’s interest in astronomy led him to design and install three sundials in Andhra Pradesh in India.
He has authored other books on similar subjects like the age of the vedas.
