Description

This book is a one-stop publication to get to know what SAARC is all about; its nature, constituents, literature, scope, and significance. It is a ready reckoner as well as a compendium or a reference book for the students of law, policy and international law from the South Asian perspective or regional understanding. The publication is focused primarily on SAARC and its frontrunner regional apex body SAAR-CLAW, of which I am an office bearer. In today’s digital and virtual age, it is not difficult to find information on any subject on the internet or web. But, it is always desirable to have a handy one set of compilation on a particular subject. The publication is an attempt to bring readers closer to the South Asian proclamations, conventions, and principles governing the cooperation and collaboration amongst 8 sister nations. It is very fascinating that intercontinental polity is al-ways conscious of SAARC regionalism.
