I want to make readers self dependent to prepare their own workout and diet plans according to their need. Most of the time they’re dependent on others to get fit.
So the solution is here, this book will try to teach you how to plan your own workout to put on some extra muscle mass. I've tried to teach very basic things which are needed to prepare a workout plan.

I am Hitesh Andel, Basically from Indore (MP), but have been many states as I love travelling. In education I have done MBA in finance and HR and currently I am working in MNC as HR.
Idea, to write book, came in my mind when I was preparing for the Natural Bodybuilding competition. At that time I read so many authors and my seniors also helped me to reach my goal. Whatever experiments I tried on my self and seriouslly I got positive results then I applied the same technique on my clients too and they also got the desired results in decided time.
And at that time I thought to write book. Whatever I researched and applied on myself I have written all those things with examples how that work. I am sure this gonna help you a lot.
I started my fitness career in 2009, I heard so many bodybuilders. Once upon a time I used to follow Youtubers but there was also some confusion as one is saying different things and the other one is different on the same topic.
But thereafter I started reading the experts and applying the things on me and when I started getting results I began to apply the research on my clients with some alteration as per their body needs.
All the facts I found during my research I’ve put all those topics in this book, because at that time the questions I was facing, not only mine but I’ve come to know that the same questions also have the "n" number of people.

In 2019, I was preparing for Natural Bodybuilding Competition Federation “I Compete Natural” - ICN (Australia). When I was preparing for the competition I learned different things and applied myself and the result was positively awesome. That was the first competition of my life.
