Hithakshi Kotyan is a Career Pivot Coach, Workplace Productivity Consultant and Behavioural Interpreter having worked with clients like Siemens, BNP Paribas, Faurecia, GEP, Integreon, The Aga Khan Development Network, The Royal Bank of Scotland, TATA Motors, Western Digital, NMIMS School of Business Management to name a few.

As a consultant, she designs career and learning journeys for Middle, Senior, and Leadership Talent and help them curate their career paths. Her programs, facilitations and coaching have reached beyond borders to learners/audiences from the UK, USA, Manila, and Shanghai in addition to India. She is also an Online Course Curator and Instructor for her flagship course The Brand “YOU”, a personal branding, communication and networking course to enhance skills in personal influence and high impact communication. The course has been well received by international students.

She is also a contributing author to the “e-Learning Industry” magazine in the areas of digital learning transformations and virtual learning strategies.

Hithakshi is certified in Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, certified Instructional Designer from Symbiosis University and a certified DiSC Practitioner from Everything at DiSC, a Wiley Brand.

In the past she has worked as an Investment Banking Operations Derivatives (IBOD) professional driving sensitive projects with prestigious multinational banking and financial services like HSBC, JP Morgan, and The Royal Bank of Scotland. She pivoted to Learning and Development to follow her passion for People Development.
