'India: Civilization and Constitution', is about truth and people, about India in a shadow, subjected to a saltus, enduring a tumultuous turn, and the causes and reflections on the rectification and rejuvenation, quite effort, unwavering resolve at salvation of the spirit of India.

By the sublation of the spirit and incoherent stirring of the physical and the sublime, the bequeath to life is subdued elements and subpar energy, subsumed thus to beget its purpose for man and India.

While the intelligentsia, power players, parts known to define India, so it is assumed, oblivious of the upheaval, face quite remonstration, fierce resistance to their definitions of change, nation and life by the people, amply evident, demonstrated in the expression of the will of the people, in their emphatic uncommon assertion as individuals and collectively, by people in communities over regions, their registration of protest, opposition to the tenor and tendency of the high and mighty of India in their mandate for the derivation of their sovereignty in adult franchise, have the sides, one boastful, overly ambitious, other unassuming, uninspiring, the clerisy and claques, put at bay, appear woolly, at the perspicacious, prudence even keel of the citizens.

It is the people, common citizens, who seem to have taken upon them, listening and reflecting more wisely and dispassionately as true sons and daughters of the land to its spirit, and moved by it have it hoisted, ensconced in its empyrean precinct amidst its provenance, have the civilization and the culture in the desiderate elevations of its numinous inherence by the Constitution and in the true image of India, demonstrating their preferences, predilections, dispositions, their definitions of India and life, what is the true dynamis of its parts, power array.

The book is of hope and belief, hope that India shall win, or else everyone stands to lose, and the tragedy shall be an unkind reality, and belief that people shall be the saviours to the great land, its civilization. But to do so there has to be victory of the people by the Constitution’s spiritual value. On the faith of the victory of people hinges the future, on it alone is life the peerless joy and numinous wonder, thus how only can India advance in the nave of future and achieve its destiny in a future in the new resolve of defence of Union and victory of citizen.
