This book is not for reading, and I mean it. I’m not trying to get you to read the book by telling you not to read it. This is a piece of art. An act of rebellion. An act of using something in a way it was not intended.

Description

Hi, I'm Janet and I've got something important to tell you about this book. First, this book is a work of art. Second... it's alive! Did you know that when someone self-publishes a book on Amazon, they have the ability to change the contents at any time? Well, I've decided to have some fun with that (after all what is life without fun?).

Think of this book like a box of chocolates... you never know what you're gonna to get (reference to the Forrest Gump movie).

Why? won't you know?
Because I won't tell you what's inside the book. AND every so often, I'm going to change the contents hahaha.

The only way you'll trust the contents is if you trust me... do you trust me?
If you need something to go off of, visit my Youtube Channel (Architect of Ideas), or my website: https://eportfolios.macaulay.cuny.edu/janetakselrud/

Now don't worry, I'll keep a log of dates for each time I change the contents of the book (scroll to the bottom of this description for that log).

The changes shouldn't have any impact on you though, after all this book is not for reading ;)
You see the title right?

It's too bad Amazon only allows the title of a book to be 255 characters long. I wanted allllll of the following to be the title:

"This book is not for reading, and I mean it. I’m not trying to get you to read the book by telling you not to read it. This is a piece of art. An act of rebellion. An act of using something in a way it was not intended. There are words in this book. But the way you rebel is you buy it, and you don’t read it. You don’t even consider reading it. And you don’t feel bad about it.

**Disclaimer: In general, reading is good. And reading is its own act of rebellion. I’m not encouraging you to stop reading, I’m just telling you not to read this book: the book whose purpose is to remind people that nothing, no format, no material, no thing, is bound to being used as intended. Thanks."

But oh well. You take what you can get.

Anyway, I'll leave you to wrap your head around what's happening here with this book.

Change Log:
First Version Released: April 5th 2025

Aren't we glad I didn't release this on April 1st? Then everyone would think it was a joke!
P.s Do you know how April 1st came to be April Fools Day? It has something to do with New Years.
