This book is good enough. It isn’t perfect, and it reminds you in various ways that we don’t have to be perfect. It is okay to accept yourself just as you are. You are lovely just as you are, and you are good enough. The art in this book is good enough. This book contains a series of complex doodles that are meant to be colored in. Artistically you can view them as walking the line between surrealism, cubism and abstract expressionism. Or you can just think of them as weird but pretty patterns of ink on paper. Get your colored pencils or your sketchpens, and sit down, and start coloring away. Don’t forget to pay close attention to how you feel as you go through the coloring process. There is no right way to color in a doodle. If you feel good doing it one way, then that is how you should do it. After all, you are the boss of your own experience.
