Description
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a strategic approach designed to manage a company’s interactions with current and potential customers. It involves the integration of technology, processes, and people to foster stronger, more meaningful relationships with clients. At its core, CRM seeks to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty by streamlining and improving communication, service, and support. This involves collecting and analyzing customer data to gain insights into their preferences, behaviors, and needs, which in turn enables businesses to tailor their strategies and offerings to better align with customer expectations.
