This book is an the standard indian lokpal bill explained with the help of an example as analogy is better than hard civics facts which might be tough to understand. Further some people leave mathematics and chemistry in middle of their life and later again try to grab them remastering them only in analogy form. However i would not say no to direct learning but this book expects only analogous reading without going to solve the problems as these problems are useless for direct solving purpose but understanding the meaning is sufficient.
