She currently serves as a Professor and Chairperson – PGP & Compliance at Praxis Business School.

A passionate educator and storyteller, she holds an MCA from IGNOU, an MBA in HRM, and a Ph.D. in IT Enabled Competency Management from IIEST Shibpur. Dr. Mukhopadhyay has conducted executive training programs across industries, blending strong conceptual clarity with practical insights. Dr. Prathima V G is a dedicated educator with expertise in Human Resource Management, specializing in diversity, inclusion, employee engagement, and organizational behaviour. She serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Business and Management (MBA) at Christ University, Bangalore Campus, shaping future HR professionals through innovative teaching and research.

Holding an MBA and Ph.D. in Human Resource Management from Bharathiar University, her doctoral thesis centered on Diversity and Inclusion themes, underscoring her commitment to equitable workplaces.
