Aham Brahmasmi means “I am Brahma”. But what does that mean, does it say, I am a God? Well not exactly. It says I am Brahma of my own life, I am the creator of all the events in the journey of my life. My decisions, thoughts, intentions and actions create my good or bad karma. Whatever happened in my current life, good or bad, were the results of my actions or karma in past years or past life. Past is gone and the future depends on the present, doesn’t matter what I have done in the past, but to manifest a better future I have to start today.

Positive and negative energies around us in the cosmos have a deep impact on us. Spirituality is about knowing yourself and searching peace within. It always starts within and ends within. To understand the ways to manifest our dreams and to achieve higher consciousness we need to understand the process which will make us a better human being. Spirituality is not only a way to achieve serenity but also a better way of life, where we can manifest and achieve happiness and fulfil the purpose of our birth as a human avatar.

Though desire is the main cause of sorrow, we are bound to learn, experience and achieve the purpose of our present human avatar and pay off our karma. We need to avoid obstacles as much as possible and manifest thing we desire within a given earth time. Everyone needs a guide to go through the challenges of life, this is possible by a simple understanding of the true meaning of spirituality, Do’s and Don’ts. Everyone can possess divine powers given by God Almighty and be the Brahma of their own life.
