This story is my story. I was invisible, I am now accomplished. I finally know where I am going. Society imposed a standard on me and I followed it without knowing its purpose. Now, I unapologetically uphold the notion that at the end of it all, my life is about me, as your life is about you. The question is this! Do we need to change our lifestyle to achieve the feat of weight loss and stability for a better and healthier life? The answer is yes! Without hesitation and without error! Everything is linked. The impact of lifestyle on health and success is tantamount. Our future depends on the right start and success is unequivocal if we are serious about change. Lamenting is useless.
