Khmih L Bareh (Myrrh Shuwa – pet name) is a writer, informally hailing from Village Jatinga and basically hailing from Village Dimbrucherra, Harangajao a small urban area which is 30 KMs away from the main town of the district, Haflong located in the Dima Hasao District of Assam, a place where he is born and grew up (from birth till 4 years of age), completed schooling and college’s at Haflong town from Haflong Govt. College, residing in the Haflong Civil Hospital. The writer had studied B.Sc. (Bio-
Chemistry), Master’s (Public Administration), DFOA (Hospitality) and more, at the same time
working under a corporate firm of Hospitality Industry, Guwahati also aspirants to CSE. The
writer is very fond of keeping records at first since during school days, college days and later
slowly developed to writing short stories, tales and poem. He grew up with a dream of becoming a
Reverend, but destiny landed him in the sector of administration. Travelling and trekking are not
much of his hobbies but travelled at the best when chances and opportunities arrive, moreover
since childhood he was stricken to maintain small circle, therefore with this concept he maintain it
till date but with valuable individual’s. Travelling to different places and visiting different
community villages has taught him about different cultures and people, and makes him wonder how
despite all the differences there’s a bond that unites them. Reading is perhaps what makes him feel
alive from time to time.
