Krittika Niraula was born in Darjeeling and raised in Gangtok. A mountain girl to the core, she finds big joys in little things, likes to go for long walks and disappear in the wilderness. In a former life, she was a veterinary doctor and a copywriter. An avid dog lover, she now works as a writing tutor and helps local clients with their content needs.

She regularly writes on her blog, her favorite place to publish her work including poems. She often returns to her childhood, home, and hometown, to reconnect with the past. Nostalgia is her favorite pastime, an indulgence, and a source of many of her stories. An observer of life and a restless soul, this book is a collage of some of those observations.
