Description

About the book:
This book is as unique a combination as the author herself. It contains her poetic works, written right from her school & college days to some recent ones. The poetry collection is placed under five themes- Intezaar, Mohabbat, Dard, Khushi & Zindagi. The uniqueness lies in the fact that depicting each of these themes, are paintings done by her. The cover painting titled “Fire of Passion” brings out “Gamon Ki Saugat” because it is sorrows and trials & tribulations of life that burn in the heart like fire and come out as passion from pen on paper.
Hope you too can turn your “gift of sorrows” into everlasting happiness!!

Re: Gamon ki Saugat (ग़मों की सौग़ात)

This collection of poems is an emotional outcome of a very sensitive and extremely passionate person who is very integrity driven and sees life clearly as black and white and a clear copartmentalisation of right and wrong. It is someone who is extremely talented and both as a writer and an artist and is passionate about integrity and quality about anything which she does. She is widely travelled and multi talented as an individual and this is her first serious creation and leaves an indeliable mark in each poem about human moods and emotions and their manifestation. It is also a confluence of her artistic talent and her creative writing skills.
I complement her on this achievement and expect more such stuff to come in public space inthe coming months and years. All the best for a great literary experience.

Re: Gamon ki Saugat (ग़मों की सौग़ात)

Gamon ki Saugat is a great collection of emotions. Everyone goes through different emotions throughout their life. But it is the interesting perspective given in the poems that makes the poems different. Each poem is beautifully put on paper and is straight from the heart. They are written in such a way that they touch the reader's heart. Thus, reading the book is like embarking on a journey through the life amd emotions of the poetess.

The uniqueness of this book also lies in the fact that each theme is accompanied by a painting which is just perfect to depict the theme. So the paintings are an added delight.

Overall the book is truly a treat both for the mind and the heart.
