"Jaada-e-jannat" is an Urdu word meaning shortcut or path that leads to Jannat.” Across centuries, saints, thinkers and intellectuals have contributed towards a better understanding of our world through their works. Great poets have contributed in their own way to convey the right approach towards the issues confronted by the society of their times. Different poets of different times have different style of diction and way of expression of their views. Some are poets of corporeal love; some poets sing in the praise of God to enthuse excitement to adopt moral ways of living and others express same purpose through their conversation with imaginary beloveds. We hear their voices on prolonged decay of moral values of our society in their own style and diction. In fact all great poets point out different aspects prevailing in the society, convey the same in their own way of presentation to society, hoping changes in the right direction and perspective. Our society and culture would have been robbed of its richness had it not been for the thoughts and teachings of Ved Vyas, Tulsidas, Kabir, Bule Shah and several others who guided us in our journey of becoming better individuals. These scientists of social reform steered our society towards the path of righteousness; without them, we would have been an unbridled anarchy with no social fabric to keep us in place.
I, in my own way have attempted to find the root cause of present turbulences, hatred, dissatisfaction even after having access to all luxuries of life and compiles this book which Comprises of advice, suggestions and experiences of a lifetime in the form of verses, the book in a journey of all individuals on the path that starts soon after death. I hope readers will read these verses, ponder on their worth, their role in the present world and especially focus is laid to be a person of limited desires so that you are free to walk on the ways of virtues that leads to Jannat symbolizing the merger of soul with God almighty, a source of ecstasy. Some verses also depict the current political influence on the society that readers are required to ponder on as a human beings rising above all social fabric woven with evil assumptions to fulfill the predetermined agenda of hatred in society. The verses are put down with the sole purpose of pointing out evils in the society and described some appropriate ways that can lead the readers to ecstasy of real sense.
Through the verses in the book, I have given a major thrust on the importance of reducing the desire to be happy. I strongly feel that controlling our desires make us more satisfied, while increasing them only causes us trouble and misery.
This book is also an expression of gratitude to the Almighty, who selflessly created everything necessary for our survival on earth and much beyond that. In return, we are capable of giving him nothing. The least we can do is to be grateful and to fulfill his one wish from us to fight against the powerful satanic forces within us and to free ourselves from the clutches of Satan. This book is ultimately an attempt to fulfill His core advice to be so pure that you can finally merge with HIM as a drop in the ocean.
