Today I am 41 years old when publishing this short note book. This book is nothing but 17 years of my IT experience. I may not have done any great things in life till now. But I have done what I am capable of with at most dedication, loyalty, authenticity, honesty and passion. Having an analytical personality I love my way of solitude. I would like to be myself most of the time. But I need all friends and relative reachable to me all the time. When they need me I would be right there to help. With 17 years of experience, I would like to share what made me stay in IT industry and what skills are needed to survive. I would like to survive in IT industry than being laid off and thrown away after usage for the temporary benefits of projects and organization. I want a secure job, so far I have one. My organization is standing for a purpose and I love to be one of them. They hired me when I lost hope and balance in life. They stood by me when I was in great depression and difficulties in my life. As an employee I never let my score card below 4 out of 5. I would like to teach new generation who are interested in building their career in Mainframe and Midrange Production Control and Secure Managed File Transmission under production services in IT Industry. This book mainly covers my journey as production control analysts to managed file transfer consultant and how to work from home effectively managing family and office under one roof. This type of job profile is well suited for differently able-ed people, housewives and people who have to stay home to take care of aging parents and much more. One can build whole big career in both Mainframe Production Control and Managed File Transmission technologies with outstanding ability working from anywhere.
