Mathew Nellickunnu
He was born in 1943 at Vazhakulam near Muvattupuzha. After completing his primary education at Vazhakulam, he obtained his B.Com degree from Nirmala College, Muvattupuzha. During his college years, he became interested in art and literature. After graduation, he worked. In 1974, he arrived in Michigan, USA. Later he moved to New York for work. Now in Texas. The Jwala Arts in Houston and the Kerala Writers' Forum were formed with the goal of developing the artistic talents of thousands of Malayalees in Texas. Became an active organizer of initiatives including 'Focana'. He is currently the President of the Kerala Writers' Forum and the Editor of Sahitya Prakashans 'Bhasha Kerala' . He wrote novels and stories amidst the hustle and bustle. He is currently a member of the editorial board of Direct View Weekly, based in Houston. He was the literary convener of the Focana in Houston.
