Merajul Ahmed is a PhD scholar in Clothing and Textile at The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, Vadodara. His research interests include textile traditions, sustainable fashion & menswear design, material culture, & the relationship between clothing, identity, and society. Through his academic work, he explores how clothing and textiles reflect cultural heritage, social values, and personal identity across different communities.

Beyond his academic research, Merajul has a keen interest in writing & creative expression. He often writes about human emotions, memory, and personal transformation. His reflections focus on the quiet and meaningful experiences that shape people over time - love, distance, silence, longing, and self-discovery.

We Ended; I Became - A Journey Beyond Goodbye is his debut book. In this work, he presents a thoughtful and reflective narrative about love, heartbreak, and the journey of healing that follows. The book captures the emotional growth and self-understanding that often emerge after difficult goodbyes.

Currently based in India, Merajul Ahmed continues to pursue both academic research and creative writing, combining scholarly curiosity with a deep interest in understanding human experiences.
