About the Author

Mithilesh K. Singh is a Ph. D. in mathematics and Ex- Professor of Mathematics at Ranchi University. He has guided five Ph. D. Students on applicable linear algebra. He has worked on matrices applicable in quantum mechanics, population genetics and design of experiments. He has been teaching matrix theory and finding new results on matrices since 1976. These academic activities motivated him to pose new problems for the students so that they could learn linear algebra by problem-solving. Some of his students have secured high ranking in UGC-CSIR NET. The author has created a telegram platform ‘Institute of Mathematics (education and research wing)’ to promote teaching and research in Mathematics specially in algebra.

Regarding objective linear algebra

This is a well written objective book for Linear algebra and Matrices. Almost all the problems asked in CSIR-Net/ JRF are solved.
This book is certainly useful for CSIR-NET and other competitive examinations. Assignments given are very helpful for practice and checking your concept.
