Tayyibah Areef, born in 2004, is an emerging Indian author and poet. She began writing at 12 and has explored various genres, including poetry, love stories, and self-help. Although she has published books previously, they did not receive proper recognition due to a lack of guidance and support. Transience is her first formally published poetry collection.

She is currently pursuing a degree in History (Hons) at Delhi University and continues to work on several manuscripts. The early loss of her mother remains a significant marker in her timeline, shaping the foundation of her journey as a writer.
