About the Authors
Mr. Manoj P. Pawar is presently serving as Assistant Professor, Dept. of Food Quality Assurance, College of Food Technology, Ashti affiliated to Vasantrao Naik Marathwada Krishi Vidyapeeth, Parbhani. He obtained his B.Sc. Degree from Ramkrishna Paramhans Mahavidyalaya Dharashiv under Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathvada University, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar in 2003. He completed successfully his Post Graduation and secured M.Sc. (Biochemistry) Degree from Dept. of Biochemistry, Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathvada University, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar in the year 2005. Also he had completed successfully his Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) Graduation from Shivaji University, Kolhapur in the year 2006. He was also awarded with the “Academic Excellence Award” Centurion University, Odisha in 2022. He had started his Academic career as Assistant Professor in 2007. He actively participating & Presenting (Oral & Abstract) paper in National, International Conference. He had also participated National Seminars, National as well as International Conferences & Webinars and participated, Successfully completed a One/Two Week Online Faculty development program. He have great knowledge and experience in the Departmental subject of Food Chemistry & Nutrition to the under graduate students of Food Technology Faculty since last 17 years. Besides this, He is acting as Education & Admission In-charge at Food Technology College form 12 Years.
Mrs. Shivani D. Lokewar is presently serving as Assistant Professor, Dept. of Food Quality Assurance, College of Food Technology, Ashti affiliated to Vasantrao Naik Marathwada Krishi Vidyapeeth, Parbhani. She obtained his B.Sc. as well as post-graduation in M. Sc (Agricultural Biotechnology) Degree from Vilasrao Deshmukh College of Agricultural Biotechnology, Latur under Vasantrao Naik Marathwada Krishi Vidyapeeth, parbhani in 2020, 2023 respectively. She was also awarded with the “Young Women Scientist Award” Guru Kashi University, Noida in 2024. She has started his Academic career as Assistant Professor in 2024. She has also participated international conferences & webinars. She has one year experience as assistant professor.
