In the summer of 2016, Munia left her steady job in Software in India and embarked on an adventure in Europe. She did not book with any travel company and decided to explore everything head on. She did not know anyone in Europe and no one in her immediate family traveled there. Her entire trip had cost her less than the cheapest first hand car in India. She had prepared a lot for the trip. Learned enough French, Italian and German to converse with the locals. She also walked 10 km a day to survive the strenuous walks in the city from dawn to dusk. She got lost in forests in Germany, became witness to a road accident, got scammed under the Eiffel tower, drank glacier water, walked on an active volcano, swam in the Mediterranean, saw celebrities, lived the history of places and saw spooky things in Austria. Eight different countries, 5 different languages, 42 days. This will be a roller coaster ride. Informative and wanderlust inspiring escapade of a thirty year old Indian female.
