Study hard has not been important to me, how to study hard has been important to me. It is very easy to say to be a topper but it is very difficult to explain how to be a topper. Even more difficult is to say that if you do what I ask you to do then it will be my responsibility to ensure that you will become a topper. It is very difficult to get that kind of credibility.
