A child is the father of the man. So, during childhood, they should be taken care of by either the parent, teacher or guardian to the fullest possible extent. Tomorrow, the child will build the nation; if not, at least they will be managing a home. So, a child's needs should be fulfilled (physiological, emotional, social & intellectual), both at home and at school. The child must first attend school regularly to receive an education with love. The teacher has a vital role in the regularity of students to the school.
Education aims to bring moral values in present-day situations, and the characteristics, attitudes and personality of a teacher must inspire a child where guidance and counselling must be given to the students as per their needs. The variations of rural and urban settings in our country are also discussed in this book. Finally, the author's experience as a parent and teacher is also discussed.
Here, in this book, the role of teachers, parents and the school, which can bring an ideal citizen into society in a developing country like India, are all described.
